Greetings friends. Today I want to share with you a couple of cards using the new Trees in Winter clear stamp set. For one of the cards, I made it look like a holiday card, but the second card is a more generic winter card. I like the versatility in  using the set year round.

Here is what the stamp set looks like:

For the first card, I stamped the pines twice. The back tree used pine ink and the front tree used olive. I then added my sentiment, some rhinestones and a bunch of washi tape.

For my second card, I masked off a center rectangle and then used a piece of scrap paper that I cut freehand to sponge in a couple of snowbanks. I removed my masks then added my tree as well as a sentiment and some die cut snowflakes.

Impression Obsession Items Used:
Card 1

Card 2

I like these simple trees. They are not only Christmassy, but they are so natural....they make me think of camping. NICE!

My favorite is the second card. The snowbanks are colored perfectly and love that the tree is placed at the forefront. Nice!!
