My first card is definitely a quick and easy card. I used background paper from the Winter Scenes paper pack do most of the work and then popped my stamped tag on top of it using foam tape. I stamped the pine branches in Blue Spruce ink and then colored the needles in a bit using a Copic marker. The sentiment is stamped in Pine ink.
For my second card, I used the Homespun paper pack for the background paper as well as all of the layers. I wanted the colors of my poinsettia to somewhat match the paper poinsettias, so I ended up using the following Copic markers: BG72, BG75, BG78, R83, R85, and R89. I let the extra hatch marks on the stamp give me an idea of where to add my shading. Here is a closeup of the flower:
I cut out the poinsettia and then popped it up with some foam tape. For those of you who weren't here yesterday, this is the Limited Edition Red Rubber set for August that I used for both designs:

Beautiful cards! I love the pine branches and the poinsettia! Lovely papers too!
Both cards are gorgeous! My fav is your first with the snow covered tree paper in the background.
The poinsettia card is my favorite. It is vintage looking, which I love.
Love quick and easy cards and outdoor scenes! Great cards with this set!
The new paper packs make for a beautiful background on your cards. Love how you popped up the poinsettia.
Lovely design, and such pretty coloring!
Love how the same basic design shows two totally opposite looks to the card. Just beautiful!
Great cards. The Winter Scenes paper really sets the stage for your banner addition. Adding Copic coloring to the pine branches really gives them depth.
