IO Favorites

 

Greetings friends. I have been going through the items that are still available at 70% off on the IO website to show you some of my favorites. I decided to  share a paintbrush die as well as a palette die. Unfortunately, the sentiments and paint splatters are gone.

For crafty people, I think you will get a lot of use out of the paintbrush:

For the first card, I added some shading at the bottom of the paintbrush with some brown ink and a sponge. I also used silver metallic cardstock for the paintbrush to give it a more realistic look. 

 

The second color used similar techniques to create the paint palette. I chose bright colors, but you can just as easily use a pastel or muted palette.
