IO- Going, Going, Gone Sale

Greetings friends. As I have mentioned before, Impression Obsession is retiring their rubber stamp catalog and switching focus to clear designs. If there is anything you have been wanting, now is the time to grab it before it is gone! Don't forget to use the promo code to get 20% off everything. You can find all of their stamps for sale here.

Each of the designers this week are sharing some of their favorite designs For me, the thing I liked the most were the humorous stamps or the ones that made me smile. IO has so many quirky characters as well as hilarious sentiments. Here are some of my favorites:

There is just something about this image that makes me smile. I've used her on lots of different cards because she just makes me feel happy and I hope that happiness translates to the card recipient. I also created the background using 3 different cover a card backgrounds in 3 shades of ink

Stamps used:
Bluebelle D19499
Distressed Denim Cover a Card CC051
Scribble Checkerboard Cover a Card CC199
Flourishes Cover a Card CC027

The sentiment in this card is one of my all-time favorites. It makes me laugh each and every time. The background is sponged Distress Oxide inks onto black cardstock with a watered- down splatter of white acrylic paint.

Stamps Used:

This sentiment is a go-to for me and my girlfriends. Pair it with some actual cookies and wine and you have a very quick and easy to make gift. Don't forget to add as much bling as you can handle to the tiara.

Stamps Used:
Tiara D7904

I love this sentiment because it is very "me." I also like to pair it with this sentiment when I am late making a birthday card:

Last, but not least, I absolutely love this Animal Stack Silhouette. I haven't seen anything like it (the animals are already stacked for you) and it just makes me smile.

Stamps Used
Mondays Clear set CL1030 (this set has tons of funny sentiments)

Thanks for visiting today and for letting me share with you some of my favorite stamps that are about to be retired.
