Greetings friends. The January release of stamps has arrived and it is loaded with some really fun dog/cat images as well as some fun sentiments.
For my card, I used a sweet kitty from the You Have My Heart clear set and colored her with some Copic markers. This is what the set looks like:
You can see that the set comes with some really fun sentiments, but I chose to pair my cat with a sentiment from the Love You More clear set. It has some really quirky sayings:
I made my own background using the Stipple Cover a Card design. It is a great one to use if you ever want something to look quilted. It also reminded me of a kitten playing with some yarn and it going everywhere.
To finish the card, I added an oval frame and a popped up tag with the punchline of the card. Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope you will stop by again tomorrow.

As a quilter, I have to love that stipple cover! It makes a great background as you used it with the cat that's my favorite of these two sets. Thanks for the inspiration.
