Greetings friends! I wanted to share two new cards with you today that use a super-cute mixer die. I absolutely love this die. I have a lot of baker friends that I think will really appreciate some cooking cards and/or tags.
For the first card, I obsessed on where I wanted to put the bowl. I had it on the side and in front of the mixer but ended up putting it behind. I know that technically I could put the whisk inside the bowl, but it is so cute and I didn't want to hide it. To finish the card, I added some pink enamel embellishments and added some scraps from the Homespun Floral paper pack on the side. I wanted to try placing the paper strips in an askew arrangement since I thought it added a bit of interest.
For the second card, I once again used the mixer as well as the same clear set for the sentiment. I do enjoy a good pun. For the holly on the side, I used a scrap of paper I made using the new Impression Obsession holly stencil.
