Greetings friends. Do you ever make a card for yourself just because it makes you happy? Well, this was my card to myself. I had the sentiment from a previous release, and I knew I had to pair it with the new howling wolf image. I will use the wolf in the future for nature cards or masculine cards, but for now, it is on a card to make me smile.
To make the card, I first created a galaxy background by sponging various Distress Oxide inks on top of white cardstock, sponged black Oxide ink on top of the colors and splattered the whole thing with watered down white acrylic paint.
For the moon, I diecut a circle out of cream cardstock and sponged the edges with Antique Linen Distress ink. I stamped my wolf directly onto my cream circle with black Versafine ink and then placed a strip of black cardstock underneath the hill/wolf so that I had a space to white emboss my sentiment.
